Disc Tube Reverse Osmosis
Disc Tube Reverse Osmosis (DTRO) is a membrane separation technology specially used to treat difficult wastewater. This technology is particularly suitable for wastewater treatment containing high levels of suspended solids, colloids, organic matter and inorganic salts. DTRO systems typically include a series of components to ensure an efficient water treatment process.
Our Evaporator is Applied in Various Fields
GQHB evaporator has mastered the core technology of low-temperature concentration, saving an average cost of 60% compared to traditional wastewater treatment. It is suitable for various industrial wastewater such as high salt wastewater, high COD wastewater, high concentration wastewater, oily wastewater, etc.
Introduction to Disc Tube Reverse Osmosis
Disc Tube Reverse Osmosis (DTRO) is a special reverse osmosis technology designed to treat difficult wastewater. Compared with traditional reverse osmosis systems, DTRO has better adaptability and higher treatment efficiency.
Advantages of Disc Tube Reverse Osmosis
- Wastewater that is difficult to treat: The DTRO system can efficiently treat high-concentration wastewater that is difficult to treat with other processes, and is suitable for industries such as landfill leachate, chemical industry, and mining.
- High recovery rate: Disc-type reverse osmosis membrane can achieve high water recovery rate at higher concentrations, reduce wastewater discharge, and improve water resource utilization efficiency.
- Low energy consumption: The energy consumption during the operation of the equipment is relatively low, and it requires low pre-treatment, which helps to reduce the overall operating cost.
- Simple maintenance: The membrane module is designed for easy disassembly and simple cleaning process, which reduces downtime and maintenance time and ensures efficient operation of the equipment.
- Long service life: The disc type reverse osmosis membrane is made of high-durability materials, with strong anti-pollution ability, long overall service life, and reduced replacement frequency.
Features of Disc Tube Reverse Osmosis
- Strong anti-pollution: The special structure of the disc type reverse osmosis membrane keeps the water flow highly turbulent, reduces the deposition of pollutants on the membrane surface, and has strong anti-pollution ability.
- High-efficiency filtration: The DTRO membrane system has high filtration accuracy and can effectively remove suspended solids, heavy metals, organic matter and other pollutants in the water, and the effluent water quality is excellent.
- Suitable for high-concentration wastewater: Disc-type reverse osmosis membrane can handle high-concentration and highly-polluted wastewater, and is especially suitable for difficult-to-treat water sources such as landfill leachate and chemical wastewater.
- Compact structure: The equipment has a compact design and a small footprint. It is suitable for installation and use in various complex occasions and saves space.
- Easy to clean and maintain: DTRO membrane components are easy to disassemble and clean, and can be physically and chemically cleaned to extend the service life of the membrane.
Working Principle of Disc Tube Reverse Osmosis
- Inlet water pretreatment: Wastewater undergoes preliminary pretreatment to remove large particle impurities and suspended matter to reduce the risk of membrane fouling.
- Membrane separation process: The pretreated wastewater is sent to the DTRO membrane module through a high-pressure pump. The water flow passes through the disc tube structure to form turbulent flow. The pure water is collected through the membrane, and the concentrated water is further concentrated.
- Concentration and discharge: Through multiple cycles, the concentrated water is gradually concentrated to a high concentration and then discharged or subjected to subsequent treatment to maximize the utilization of resources.
